There is so much freedom and joy that comes with opening our hands to God and letting Him use our lives for His purposes and glory!
How often do we find ourselves slipping into a prayer rut or skipping prayer in a season of discouragement? Paul admonishes us in Colossians to be steadfast and watchful in prayer, full of thanksgiving, aware of how God is working in us and in those around us.
Life can be hard, and the constant pressures can wear you down. When this happens, turn to Paul's words in Colossians 3.
We can easily get drawn into lots of spiritual activity for God's kingdom, surrounding ourselves with people, groups, and schedules in the church. But true transformation comes only through time spent with Christ, letting his Spirit abide in us and bring forth fruit.
